•  100 g each of Gründl Lisa yarn in purple, yellow, white, and light blue. 
  
• 2 needles, needle size 3.5 mm. If you have some yarn left over, baby booties or a matching hat would be good to knit. Size: blanket approx. 50 x 50
  

You need to know:
stockinette stitch and ribbing. Even a beginner can knit this blanket well. The pattern also uses pictures to show what the individual squares must or should look like.

Tunisian crochet is easy. Just try it out with these patterns.

Basic crochet skills are enough. The various simple Tunisian stitch patterns are described in detail and illustrated.

4-in-1 PDF pattern: 

• a pillow 33 cm x 33 cm, “filled” with 2 towels or stuffing, etc., or 40 cm x 40 cm or your desired size

The ribbed pattern requires approx. 50 g more yarn than is normally usual for hats. The crochet hook size should match the yarn used.

This summery top size 36/38 is quick to knit from 200 g cotton blend yarn for needle size 5 - 6, (50 g - 90 m, 16 stitches x 23 rows = 10 x 10 cm) in a simple lace pattern. 

For larger sizes, simply extend the pattern repeat by 1 repeat per size.

It is a brief PDF pattern.

Summer Shirt, Quick to Knit

This easy-to-knit summer model size 38/40 is made from 250 g cotton blend yarn for needle size 3.5 - 4.0, 50 g - 125 m.

The PDF pattern includes pictures.

The finished shirt has a stretchy back width of approx. 44 cm and is approx. 65 cm long, but it also looks pretty shorter.

Thanks to the simple pattern (made of yarn overs, knit and purl stitches) and cut, this piece can be easily adapted to any size.

What else you need:
tape measure, scissors, yarn needle for sewing in ends, stitch holder, if needed a set of double-pointed needles size 3.5 - 4.0; row counter and stitch markers are helpful, but not absolutely necessary.

Summer Top with Cowl Neck, Quick to Knit

This summer top with the unusual collar is quick to knit.

The PDF pattern is illustrated. The red cable on the back is made using the intarsia technique (explanation is included) and requires a little time and skill - so I would not recommend it for beginner knitters. The cable also looks lovely in solid gray; the whole piece then knits up quite quickly. I recommend that beginner knitters knit this vest completely without the cable and/or in one color.

Well protected - ready for summer..with a crochet hat made of “paper.” The cellulose material is featherlight and can be “squished” into any bag. Rafia "yarns" are either raffia or viscose, depending on the manufacturer. Of course, it can also be crocheted with other yarns with a similar yardage and hook size (see below).

Basic crochet skills for crocheting in rounds are enough.


The PDF pattern is illustrated step by step for head circumferences from 52 cm to 55 cm with photos and can easily be adjusted for a different head circumference (described in the pattern). Also included are a printable summary as well as links and tips for beginners.

Bottle Outfit Black-Red-Gold - crocheted

.. an original gift wrapping for wine and sparkling wine bottles– an eye-catcher at any party..
for Her, “Bottle Petticoat,” and for Him, “Bottle Suit with Bow Tie,” crocheted.

Yarn scraps can be used up wonderfully this way, because we need only approx. 25 g per color per bottle, so approx. 75 g of a yarn for crochet hook size 2.5. For my set, I used leftover yarn from a 4-ply sock yarn for the red and black parts, and one skein of Catania (100% cotton) for the yellow parts of both bottles. If you crochet with Catania, this part will be a little thicker, which is an advantage for the petticoat because it stands out better. Otherwise, pretty much any yarn that is not specified for a hook size thicker than 3.0 is suitable.

We also need a tape measure, scissors, a yarn needle for weaving in ends, a stitch marker is helpful (a contrasting thread works too), and of course standard wine or sparkling wine bottles.

Both patterns are included in one PDF and are shown in detail with photos over 15 pages. The pattern is not a basic crochet course, but it does include a link tip for those with less experience.

These crochet skills are used:
chain stitches, crocheting in rows and rounds, slip stitches, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet. Front and back post double crochet are explained and shown in photos.

Quick to crochet, you can even make a few of them while on vacation if the weather isn’t nice. Just have a little yarn on hand and off you go.

Materials needed:

• approx. 1200 meters of sock-weight yarn (e.g. 4-ply gradient cake, Zauberball by Schoppel)
• Size 4 crochet hook

Even the little dolls are going on a camping holiday too! And they feel right at home in this sturdy caravan. Dolls about 10 cm tall fit inside. You can even play with the caravan outdoors, because if it gets dirty, you can just toss it in the washing machine.
The caravan is very easy to crochet, as it consists only of simple basic shapes and single crochet stitches. Catania by Schachenmayr, some felt, and foam (a cleaning sponge) were used. Basic crochet skills are required. So, feeling inspired? Here is the pattern:

This potholder is considered a classic for crochet beginners.

For this, you need 50 g of cotton yarn per color for a size 4.5 crochet hook.

Since we have a motorhome ourselves, I know that every gram counts for the mini household. Plus, the cupboards are small and everything has to be easy to store. For this reason, I came up with something practical for this summer.

This utensil basket serves us as a bread basket when camping, as a fruit basket, and in between sometimes for my yarn or for all the little things that would otherwise be lying around. It can be folded up and stored easily and weighs only a few grams. With the crochet pattern, it is child's play to crochet, even with leftover yarn. You can choose the colors so they match your decor nicely.

The house slippers for on the go! Whether on a camping vacation or at a cabin in the mountains, these house socks fit into even the smallest suitcase or backpack.
The crochet socks can be finished in about 2 hours and will keep your feet warm!
