Here, it’s been a mixed bag. Sometimes gray with rain, sometimes the sun peeks through for a moment. But it’s always windy.
We’ve already had to say goodbye to our planned Easter outing... :-(
The weather here is absolutely dreadful.
This morning I was afraid my nose would freeze off.
Well, it’s not quite as cold anymore—the wind has died down, and every now and then we even get a ray of sunshine.
I’m still freezing, though, and all this back-and-forth has given me a headache.
Yesterday it was still so nice.
I hope you aren’t suffering as much from this April weather as I am.
It's beautiful here. The sun has been shining since it came up and is still going strong, but it has gotten cooler, although 15 degrees is still warm. On Sunday it's supposed to get cloudier again.
Happy Easter to everyone, and have a nice Friday to those who have one.
The wind is whistling coldly; sometimes it’s a little sunny, then it rains again—my little one slipped on the wet road while riding her Vespa during driving school, and we had to go to the emergency room for an X-ray because the scooter fell on her foot. Luckily, it’s just a bruise.
So now we’ve holed up at home and are crocheting ;-)
Reading through the posts here, it seems the weather is “mixed” everywhere. Here, Friday is supposed to be sunny with some clouds, but sleet is forecast for the weekend—yes, you read that right. It’s also chilly at 4 degrees.
We’re having guests over; let’s see if we can do a little something then.
Here, the high today was 11 degrees, and it was mostly gray and windy.
I got through the day with shopping, housework, and a nice visit from my mother-in-law.
After it rained all day yesterday (which isn’t good for the cherry blossoms) and it was freezing cold, today it only rained on and off. But it was still freezing cold and very windy. So honestly: this isn’t what spring is supposed to be like.
Still, I wish everyone a happy Easter.
It’s gray here, with a mix of sun and drizzle. Not very warm. That’s my kind of weather. Too much sun and temperatures over 20° C are the devil’s work. I’d rather freeze a little. November, with its fog and drizzle, is my month. That’s when I feel at home. Still: Happy Easter to all of you—may you have plenty of eggs, enjoy lovely outings, and keep crocheting happily and successfully!
Everything here is a uniform gray—good thing I always have my yarn and needles on hand.
I’ll be working hard on Saturday and Sunday.
I wish you all a happy and peaceful Easter surrounded by your loved ones.
Here, we’re getting a mix of rain and a miserable, cold wind. And the forecast says it’s going to get colder and colder.
My kids are making the best of it and have already planned a trip to the movies with friends. Otherwise, we’re spending a lot of time indoors.
The weather’s gotten so lousy that I don’t feel like crocheting my summer clothes anymore. But I always have a cozy, warm blanket I’m working on. It’s just perfect for this weather.
Roticanai: That’s right, I just happened to look out the window too. Let’s see how long it lasts…
But if it stays like this, that means lots of annoying tourists at work for me :-))))
The weather here was gorgeous yesterday! Today it’s mostly cloudy and cool. But that’s okay—I’d planned to clean today anyway, so my mood is only so-so anyway… The weather fits that pretty well ;)
Yesterday was really nice here, though a bit chilly. Today it’s nothing but rain, and it’s really cold. We’re staying home, and I’m working on a new pattern. ;-)
In the very southernmost part of Baden-Württemberg, it was still sunny this morning until about 10 o’clock,
but then more and more clouds rolled in, and now it’s raining—though you can watch as
the trees turn greener,
so even the rain has its good side. Happy Easter to everyone anyway!
Oh, I’m still waiting for rain.... I’m from Swabia too, but we didn’t get more than five drops. Let’s see what tomorrow brings and where I’ll hide the eggs.
Sunshine would be great—yesterday we had a lot of rain, and until about an hour ago it was still snowing here; everything is white... We live in the Oberberg district—about 70 km east of Cologne...
I hope you’re having a wonderful Easter Monday. :-)
The sun is still shining here, but dark clouds are rolling in from the east. Nevertheless, we’re heading to Königslutter later—a small town nearby. There’s a beautiful cathedral and a 1,000-year-old linden tree to admire there.
