Easter is, of course, a time when gift packaging is in high demand.
Here are the new arrivals.

  This gift bag is made of cardstock, measures approximately 22 x 20 x 13 cm, and is quick and easy to make—even for beginners. The only part that takes a little time is the bunnies, and here you should definitely follow the instructions: To ensure everything works out right the first time, the correct order for assembling the bunnies is important.

This gift wrap is something a bit different if you want to make a man happy with a small gift. You can easily hide loose change inside the tube so the dumbbell really has some weight, but vouchers can also be wrapped in it very nicely.

The dumbbell can be crocheted from leftover yarn, and you will usually already have the rest of the accessories at home

They’re not only decorative, but they also hold a surprise-egg capsule in their bellies, where you can tuck a little surprise (candy, gift certificate, cash gift). Sweet little preemie socks for a total foot length starting at 4.5 cm can also serve as doll socks or keychains or as cash gift packaging, or decorate a Christmas tree or Easter bouquet – there are no limits to your imagination..

The pattern, together with the sock chart, can be used for additional sock sizes up to shoe size 20.

The download includes 4 files:

• PDF preemie sock chart up to size 20 for baby socks
• PDF pattern for the individual preemie socks, 4.5 cm to 7.5 cm total foot length (23 pages incl. images)

General knitting skills (as well as knitting stitches together) are sufficient.

Required materials for 1 pair of little socks up to newborn size: approx. 10 g 4-ply sock yarn, or leftover yarn. You will also need a set of double-pointed needles size 2.5, measuring tape, scissors, yarn needle for weaving in ends, and possibly a keyring

.. an original gift wrap for wine and sparkling wine bottles– an eye-catcher at every party.. for her a “bottle petticoat” and for him a “bottle suit with bow tie”, crocheted.

Leftover yarn can be used up wonderfully this way; we only need about 25 g per color for each bottle, so about 75 g of a yarn for crochet hook size 2.5. For my set, I used leftover yarn from a 4-ply sock yarn for the red and black parts, and one skein of Catania (100% cotton) for the yellow parts on both bottles. If you crochet with Catania, this part will be a bit thicker, which is an advantage for the petticoat because it stands out better. Otherwise, pretty much any yarn that is not labeled for a hook size thicker than 3.0 will work.

We also need a measuring tape, scissors, a yarn needle for sewing in ends, a stitch marker is helpful (a contrasting thread works too), and of course standard wine or sparkling wine bottles.

Both patterns are included in one PDF and are illustrated in detail over 15 pages. The pattern is not a basic crochet course, but it does include a helpful link for those with less experience.

These crochet skills are required:
chain stitches, crocheting in rows and rounds, slip stitches, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet. Front and back post double crochet are explained and illustrated.

A knitted pouch is also suitable for small gifts. What makes it special are the hearts, which are sure to delight the recipient. They are shown in a knitting chart and are not at all difficult to recreate.
