The triangular shawl "Dream about Summer" is perfect for anyone who wants to crochet their first shawl.

The pattern describes the first 8 rows of the shawl step by step and with lots of pictures; after that, the pattern can be repeated as often as needed until it is big enough.
The pattern also includes the crochet chart for the shawl, so you can easily keep track while crocheting.

For the shawl shown, I used approx. 750 m of 4-ply gradient yarn (50% cotton, 50% polyacrylic) and a 3 mm crochet hook, but the design can also be crocheted with any other yarn.

You should know the following: chain stitches, single crochet, double crochet, treble crochet

Get the pattern here and start right away!

Have fun making it :)

Bring summer into your home with this shawl!

>>> to the pattern <<<

Mirabella is a wonderful beginner shawl—you only need to remember 6 different and very simple stitch sequences. Then you repeat them until your shawl has reached the desired size or you have used up your yarn ;-)

In the pattern, each row of the design is described and shown in a photo. In total, the first 3 pattern repeats are explained, as well as the “system” for how to crochet the next pattern repeats.

You should know how to do:
  • chain stitches
  • slip stitches
  • double crochet
  • treble crochet
  • cluster stitches (explained in the pattern)

Required materials:
  • Approx. 350 g microfiber yarn (260 m yardage per 100 g)
With this amount of yarn, the shawl (blocked) will be this large:
Long side: 160 cm
short sides: 110 cm
Height: 75 cm

For beginners who want to try a lace pattern, this knitted summer scarf is well suited. For my scarf with a length of 160 cm, I used 3 balls of a cotton/viscose/silk blend yarn with a yardage of 84 m per 50 g. Other yarns are of course suitable too, and the length can also be adjusted as desired; you can simply knit until the yarn runs out.
You'll also need 6 mm knitting needles.

You can find the pattern here.

Haven’t crocheted an amigurumi yet? This funny clown is perfect for beginners, because it’s simple and quick to make.

You’re sure to have some leftover yarn at home, and all you need to know is how to crochet in the round and single crochet.
Hol dir here the pattern, and you’ll soon be having fun with this funny finger puppet. Maybe you’ll even want to make more? In my shop, you’ll find lots of other patterns for finger puppets.

Summer Feeling a light, airy summer shawl made of linen. I wanted a shawl with simple patterns that you can arrange however you like. The pattern sequence can be changed however you like
.
It is suitable for beginners. You only need to know how to knit and purl stitches, yarn overs, and knit stitches together
.
You will need a total of 2x 150 m per 50 g in blue and 2x 125 m per 50 g in yellow.
Since the size can be adjusted individually, any other yarn can be used.

“Dark Lady” is a shawl perfect for absolutely any occasion. It looks difficult, but it’s a breeze and absolutely beginner-friendly. You just need to know how to make chain stitches, single crochet, and double crochet. This
stunning design is created by stringing together different pattern repeats. This example is about 1.85 m long and
about 43 cm wide, but the pattern explains exactly how to make
it longer or shorter as needed.

You’ll receive:

A 15-page written pattern in which every step is described in detail and illustrated with plenty of photos. It also includes
hand-drawn crochet charts of the required pattern repeats.

Click here to go directly to the pattern:

Materials:
  • Depending on the desired length of the shawl, you’ll need (here, approx. 250 g of gradient yarn cake with a total length of 1250 m)
  • Crochet hook size 2.5–4 (here, size 2.5)

A wonderful crochet pattern for beginners is the Rosa Wölkchen shawl.

“Rosa Wölkchen” is crocheted from one tip to the other. The border, which is reminiscent of little clouds, is crocheted on as you go, and the shape is created through even increases and decreases.
You can make the shawl in many different yarns, whether it’s designer yarn or sock yarn – there are no limits to your own creativity.
Even leftover yarn can be used wonderfully with this design.

No special crochet skills are needed for the shawl, but basic knowledge should be present (chain stitches, single crochet, double crochet, crocheting stitches together).

Required materials:

  • approx. 600–800 meters of yarn (depending on yardage)
  • Crochet hook in the appropriate size (if you crochet very tightly, it’s better to choose one hook size larger)
  • Kitchen scale or other digital scale to determine half of the amount used
  • Needle for weaving in the ends
The size of the finished shawl is approx. 200 x 90 cm.
The pattern is 15 pages long and includes a detailed photo tutorial, detailed charts, and a schematic drawing.
Difficulty level: easy.

And best of all: For a short time, you can save up to 25% on the pattern price!

This knitted shawl in brioche stitch is also suitable for beginners. It is basically a large rectangle that you can knit for as long as you like, or until the yarn runs out. The only difficulty is the brioche stitches, but they are explained in a photo tutorial.
I knitted the original using a cotton-blend yarn (yardage 329 m per 100 g), using 622 m for a shawl length of 120 cm with 3.5 mm needles. Of course, you can also use other yarns.

You can find the pattern here.

Here’s the pattern

This shawl is also very easy for beginners to make. The pattern is easy to memorize, and the pattern includes a professional chart and written instructions. I designed the shawl so that you can very easily adjust its size. By adding or leaving out one or more pattern repeats, it becomes larger or smaller, and you can use up any yarn you have.
Materials:Yarn: Cascade Yarns Longwood (100% Superwash Extrafine Merino) LL 175 meters / 100 g, 3 skeins.Knitting needles: No. 4.5 mm circular knitting needles.Other: 2 stitch markers, possibly a row counter, yarn needle.Gauge: 18 stitches and 30 rows over 10 cm in garter stitch with needle size No. 4.5 mm after washing.Finished measurements: 185 cm wide and 60 cm deep (measured at the deepest point).

Small appliqués are ideal for beginners. With these little flowers, you can brighten up clothing and bags, or crochet yourself an accessory right away with this pattern: https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/items/17930/haekelanleitung-4-in-1-bluetenapplikation-kette-ring-und-armband-fuer-eine-prinzessin-ideal-fuer-wollreste

You’ll crochet chain stitches, single crochet, slip stitches, and half double crochet.

A few leftover yarn scraps, a size 2.5 crochet hook—for larger flowers, use a larger hook—and you’re ready to get started and create a sea of flowers for yourself.

Beginners will have no trouble following the pattern for the “Tausendschön” crochet shawl and can look forward to a beautiful result.

Thanks to its slightly asymmetrical shape, this gorgeous, large shawl can be worn in a variety of ways. The little flowers—which gave the shawl its name—are crocheted right into the shawl and are the highlight!

The shawl can be made with yarn of various thicknesses. The size is also fully adjustable.

Materials needed:
  • Approx. 1,500 meters of 3- to 4-ply yarn (e.g., lace yarn, gradient yarn cake, or sock yarn)
  • Crochet hook size 3–4
  • Sewing needle
  • Scissors
  • Kitchen scale (to calculate yarn usage)
  • A little spray starch, if needed
Only basic crochet skills are needed to make this shawl, so the pattern is perfect for beginners.

A photo tutorial shows how to crochet the little flowers.

Finished dimensions: approx. 184 x 90 cm (but it can also be made smaller or larger).
The pattern is 12 pages long and includes written instructions, charts, a diagram, and a photo tutorial.
Difficulty level: easy.

And the best part: For a limited time, you can save up to 25% on the pattern price!

I designed this cute little tiger especially for beginners who want to try their hand at knitting an animal. It’s knitted in the round, but for the arms, legs, and tail, there’s also the option to knit in rows. Assembly isn’t difficult, and the pattern walks you through it step by step.
When I was making its face, I wasn’t thinking of Janosch at all, but once it was finished, the resemblance was impossible to miss. Well, I guess I gave myself away as a Janosch fan :-)

These two from my RESTEFRESSERCHEN series are also very easy to knit. As the name suggests, they’re great for using up leftover yarn, and because they’re so small, you can use them to practice new techniques. The patterns are, of course, very detailed so there’s no frustration!

With a small amount of cotton yarn (125m/50g), a size 2.5 crochet hook, and a little stuffing, you can quickly crochet yourself a whole Easter basket of sweet chicks. Thanks to the detailed pattern, they are absolutely beginner-friendly :-)
At 10 cm in size, they are suitable as window decorations, keychains for the Easter branch ...

Beautiful colors + simple pattern + great shape = a snood you have to have!

This loop scarf in a tartan look has a sophisticated effect, yet is so easy to make that it is also suitable for beginners !

The circumference is about 80 cm, and the height is approx. 50 cm.
However, the included template and the gauge make it possible to adjust the size individually.

You will also find a chart of the color scheme as well as a detailed description in the pattern.
In addition, detailed photo documentation helps guide you through the knitting process.
The tartan technique is also described and illustrated in detail.

With these egg cups, even crafting beginners can create an original Easter decoration and use them to give their beautifully painted Easter eggs a worthy display.

These egg cups are made from cardstock and are easy for children to make as well. The cups also have a very practical feature: you can stack them to save space until next Easter.

The pretty little flower pattern has an easy difficulty level and should not be a problem for a beginner.
Leftover yarn can also be used very well for this; one little flower requires 6.5 m of yarn. You will need: • Yarn (e.g., cotton, wool, mohair) • Crochet hook size 1.75–2.0 • optional: acrylic beads or seed beads • Sewing needle • Matching sewing thread.https://www.crazypatterns.net/de/items/24562/schoene-bluemchen-beautiful-flowers

Girls love this airy, loose-fitting crochet top.

The distinctive pattern is quick and easy to work, even while watching an evening crime drama.

Required skills:
foundation chain, slip stitches, double crochet

You can download the simple crochet pattern for the children's Fächertop only here !
