Question of the Week: What’s your favorite type of craft right now?

Dear users and authors,
which type of craft do you like best right now?
Please name just one each :-)

Crocheting. I’m actually more of a knitter, but right now I much prefer to wield a crochet hook. :-)

Crocheting, crocheting, and more CROCHETING—I can’t help it, that’s just how it is ;)

Crocheting!
I can do it anytime, anywhere, as long as I have my hands free... with a baby in my arms, quickly while cooking when I need to stir something, in the car, on the train—anytime, anywhere, really... no, I’m fibbing... I haven’t crocheted on the toilet yet *grin*

And other than that: sewing...

Crochet—even though I also really enjoy knitting.
With crochet, there’s much less risk of losing stitches than with knitting—my guys aren’t exactly careful with my works-in-progress, and after a few mishaps, I switched over completely to crochet. I think I might give knitting another try sometime soon...

Crocheting! Definitely! As always.
And why? Because I can’t knit, sew, or do anything else, and my crafts look like they were made by a toddler ;)

Knitting. I prefer knitting, but I really only get crochet patterns.
How can I change that?

I am and always will be a knitter... I can crochet, but nothing beats knitting ;-)

I’ve actually been wanting to learn how to sew for quite a while now (I even have a sewing machine already — I just don’t have the space yet) ... I’ve even got tons of ideas for all the things I’d like to sew “first”

.... but crocheting always seems to get in the way ;-)
Well, I guess it’s no wonder, since there’s yarn lying around in every corner of my place and I have a thick book full of ideas ;-)

Crocheting

I’m crocheting quite a bit right now.
But soon I’ll be back to knitting—it’ll be time for summer sweaters. I’m also going to make a sweater that’s partly knitted and partly crocheted.

Well...with 4 kids and a dog (my husband probably wouldn’t even think to bother me), the risk of getting interrupted while crocheting—even in the bathroom—is just as high as anywhere else in the house *laughs*

Knitting is always fun, but right now I’m also really into crocheting.

Crocheting is my absolute favorite. I can also knit and do a little embroidery, but I’m at odds with sewing...unfortunately.
In school, my needlework teacher always used to say, “Girl, you’ll never manage to make a decent potholder in your life.” Unfortunately, I never got to show her my first christening gown...
Today, my sister-in-law is delighted with quite a few filet crochet curtains and many things for her grandchildren.

Right now, I’m knitting more than usual again, although I also like to do some embroidery every now and then.
