Do You Have Snow?

Dear community,
do you have snow where you are and maybe time for crafting with a cup of tea?

It’s not snowing here in the Rhineland yet—it’s cold, but it’s raining. I’m working on a sweater while enjoying hot chocolate and speculoos cookies.

It snowed yesterday.
But it’s all gone now.

First a light drizzle, then snow, then sleet, and then the worst kind of weather :-( The only thing that really helps is a cup of hot tea and some crafts :-) ;-)

Here (thank goodness), nothing. It’s pretty cold, with an unpleasant wind, but that’s all.

Here we have frost, it’s freezing cold, but the sun is shining.

I met up with a friend in town for our first mulled wine in a long time. It had been half a year since we last saw each other. The Christmas market opens here on Monday. Then we’ll have roasted almonds again.

No, there’s no snow on the ground, but it’s shockingly cold for Cologne. And I just got back from vacation where it was 25 degrees. That calls for lots and lots of tea! And I’ve missed my crochet hooks a little, too.

It snowed here (near Lake Constance) last night. It’s still on the ground. It’s also pretty cold.

Gray, cloudy, rainy, 10 degrees—not exactly winter weather
 

Our weather is looking almost spring-like—if it keeps up like this, the lilacs and forsythias will be blooming by Christmas ;-)) :-))

Yes, Cologne has also had some very mild days recently, with temperatures reaching 17 degrees, but it’s starting to cool down a bit now.

It’s too warm here, too. 

Our mahonia is in full bloom in the corner, and the bees are buzzing around. Four weeks too early. I’m curious to see when I’ll spot the first witch hazel in bloom.
