Looking for a sailor collar crochet pattern

Hello, dear fellow crocheters
I’m desperately looking for a pattern to crochet a sailor collar.
I have a rough idea—rectangle up to… well, and then…
I’ve looked everywhere, but unfortunately haven’t found a pattern.
Could anyone possibly help me out?

unfortunately we don’t have anything like that in the shop right now, but maybe someone here in the forum can give you a tip on how to make it. Sharing patterns via the forum or through PMs (private messages) isn’t allowed, but tips on how to make it are okay.
