Bag

I sewed myself a cheerful, light-colored bag for spring; it's a Farbenmix pattern, the Marisa, which was in the last Advent calendar.
I also sewed the bag from fabric scraps that were in my scrap box.




 
Then I also made myself a fishing net; now there are 3 hanging on my wall. :-)

How big is your bag, by the way?

Andrea, the bag is 35 cm wide and 25 cm tall, so it holds quite a bit—and I really need that much space. Whenever I go out, I have to lug around half a pharmacy :-(—not just for me, but also for my husband when he’s with me.

You’re right, dear Inge—a cheerful, light-colored bag for spring. It looks so light and airy—it really goes perfectly with spring. And there’s plenty of room inside, too. I love the shape of the bag, and I also like the diagonal zipper on the outside. Very, very nicely done!

The third fishing net photo turned out great too—though I like the one on the left even better, with the burlap as the background.

I’ve got some sewing planned for this week as well. But first, I’ll show you what I’ve sewn in the meantime. See you later.
