I still had a bigger skein of these colors at home.
Maybe a sweater, and the small new skein is for the sleeves.
Crocheted, of course.
We’ll see. Unfortunately, she only had this one skein in the store.

That’s right, Ina. The yarn shop was small but cozy. You can look at the yarn and feel it.

The shop, “Tolle-Wolle Potsdam,” is run by Suzanne Koehler. She’s also a fashion designer.
I read something about her online a while back. She’s already quite well-known.

Unfortunately, most shop owners can’t find successors to take over their stores anymore. It’s really a shame.
The last yarn shop around here closed down a while ago, too. Now it’s a “car rental” place. The only place left nearby is a small craft store that carries a limited selection of yarn—and T..i.

That’s why we have “swap packages,” after all 😍

Yeah, it’s tough with the stores. In my town, there’s only a small selection of yarn left, too. Luckily, “Wollhimmel” is in the next town over, though I can only get there by train.

Too bad. I realized that I’ve probably already crocheted up the bigger skein of it. I just can’t remember what.
I guess I’ll just make a shawl out of the new little skein.

Oh dear. Maybe you could use another pretty yarn to go with it. 

I’d also like to try making a two-color shawl. I already have the yarn ready, and I’ve been flipping through my two pattern books for days.

A cup of coffee by the lake—that sounds like something I’d enjoy in these temperatures.

Yes, I still have some small solid-colored cakes in various pastel shades; that could go well with it. But first I have to finish my crochet blanket so I can show it to you.
