Sweatshirt jacket

Based on a Makerist pattern—the *Pia*—for anyone here who’d like to sew one. :-)
I modified the pattern a bit by sewing on different pockets, because in my opinion, the built-in pockets just add unnecessary bulk if you’re wider around the hips anyway. :-) I also didn’t line the jacket, since this sweatshirt fabric is already warm enough.

That looks great! I like the patch pockets much better, too—the other ones always look so baggy and worn out.

It’s great that you don’t need to buy clothes and can sew everything yourself exactly the way you want it. The jacket looks very professional once again.

I really like sweatshirt fabric, too. It’s so soft on the inside that I love wearing it next to my skin. Plus, it’s thick enough to keep you warm. You just feel comfortable right away in a sweatshirt like this. And yours looks great, too! I really like the version with the patch pockets and the contrasting color accents. If the pockets were on the sides, it would be easier to slip your hands in, but then the front of the jacket would look too bare. You did a great job adapting the design.
