Crochet Pattern: Lorelai the Frog

I’ve now finished crocheting all the individual parts—the pattern would be great if it weren’t for the fact that the assembly instructions are missing. Unfortunately, it doesn’t say anywhere where I’m supposed
to attach the arms and legs—whether to the head/body or to the heart. Can someone please help me with this?
