My Christmas Apple Cake - Recipe

Today I baked our Christmas apple cake—it’s one of our favorites. The apples make it nice and moist, and it tastes absolutely fantastic with the Christmas spices.





Of course, I’m sharing the recipe with you. I just took a photo of it from my personal recipe book.



Enjoy it if you decide to bake this cake too. It’s quick to make and ready after an hour in the oven.

Unfortunately, the top layer got a little burnt 🙈
I was a bit distracted because Leo was sick, and the cake was in the oven about 15 minutes too long.
It still tastes incredibly delicious, though! And I’ll definitely be making it again 😊
