Crocheting a Hood and Sleeves

Hi, I crocheted a baby sleeping bag from scratch without a pattern. Now I’d like to crochet sleeves and a hood onto it, but I’ve never crocheted anything like that before, and I can’t find any useful information about it online. Can anyone tell me how to do this, or maybe share a pattern? Thanks, LG :)

I wish I could help you, but unfortunately I’m a beginner and don’t know how.
