I’d describe myself as an advanced knitter and crocheter who, unfortunately, still doesn’t have nearly enough time. My motto is still:
A day without knitting or crocheting is a day wasted.

Knitting - many years of experience, i.e. advanced
Crochet - enough to make a café curtain
Sewing - well, not a beginner, but not really advanced yet either - alterations go well, and I can sew trousers too
Embroidery - I can't do it at all. I hate weaving in ends, but I think embroidered things are very beautiful

I can also say I have many years of experience—knitting, crocheting, sewing, crafting.... My motto is to learn something new every day.

You never stop learning. Even with crocheting, where I already have quite a bit of experience, I’m still always on the lookout for new techniques and methods. Unfortunately, I can’t knit at all, but I’d love to learn. I’m not really into sewing, though—but that’s probably because of my disastrous crafts classes at school.

Hi, I’m still pretty new here. I haven’t done any crafts in a very long time, but since I became a grandma, I’ve been crocheting and knitting a lot again, and I’d say I already have some experience with it.

It’s a bit like in the kitchen: I cook by feel, but for baking I need a recipe.
I knit, crochet, and do crafts by feel, but for sewing I need a sewing pattern.

[x] I’m a pro at sewing—I learned it. But then I changed careers and now only get around to it veeeery rarely. But once you’ve learned it, you never forget it
