Baby Wrap Jacket

Can anyone provide me with a knitting pattern for this baby wrap jacket (size approx. 6 months, using knitting needles sizes 3.5–4.5, with the appropriate yarn)? I’m not a complete beginner at knitting, but coming up with a pattern on my own is beyond my skill level. It would be great if one of you could help! Thanks so much in advance!

I’ve already combed through tons of baby cardigan patterns on various websites (including the one mentioned above), but none of them appealed to me as much as the one in my post. 

Try using Google Image Search—that might help you find a pattern that matches the picture.
