I have quite a few free downloads in my account. The thing is, many of them no longer appear in the list. I have to search for the provider’s name in the filter first. Since I can’t remember all the providers’ names, it’s quite tedious to find a pattern again. Is there perhaps a way to make this easier? Best regards
I just took a look and can help you. At first I thought the same thing: “Whoa, where are all the free patterns?” Because I could only see the ones I’d purchased.
Go to “Downloads” in your account. There, above the first pattern, you’ll see a dropdown link that probably says “Purchased Patterns.” If you click the little arrow to the right of it, you can switch it to “Free Downloads.”
Yes, I’ve already clicked on the arrow, but it still doesn’t show them all. There’s also the link with the authors.
I really do have a lot of free patterns, and when I click on the author’s name
(assuming I still remember it), the pattern does show up. But you have to remember the name first, which isn’t exactly easy with so many of them. That’s why I thought there might be an easier way.
That’s true—you’re right. Not all the patterns show up for me either.
I just went through the individual authors and clicked on each one. Unfortunately, there’s no other way to do it.
Maybe support can help us (if this gets read here). Otherwise, just send them a message there.
