No Easter celebration is complete without a little bunny. Who else would hide the eggs?

For this little guy, you should know single crochet stitches, chain stitches, and slip stitches. The pattern is described in detail row by row, so beginners with a bit of practice can give this model a try.

This will put you in the Easter spirit right away!
The 3 little Easter animals (lamb, bunny, and chick) hatching from the colorful Easter eggs are a cute decoration for the Easter table. You can quickly finish crocheting them before Easter and make great use of small amounts of leftover yarn.
The animals were crocheted with 10 g each of Lana Grossa Estivo II, a thin, fluffy yarn where you can still see the stitches very well. But you can also easily crochet them with cotton yarn (Catania).
For the eggs I used neon-colored thick acrylic yarn (Paintbox Yarns Simply Aran), and for the doily Catania Grande by Schachenmayr.
Get the pattern right here and you can get started!

These sweet little bunnies are super easy and quick to crochet! They can decorate the Easter table or hang on an Easter branch. At the same time, this is a practical way to use up tiny amounts of colorful cotton yarn.
Here is the pattern: Crochet Colorful Bunnies

There is also a matching pattern for colorful little birds that can decorate the Easter branch or the breakfast table:

They are just as easy to crochet and very decorative.

Of course, you’ll need Easter baskets, too! How about making them yourself this time?

This little Easter basket and the bunny inside are crocheted from Lana Grossa’s fluffy Estivo II yarn. For added stability, the basket is lined with felt covered in cotton fabric. You don’t need to be a sewing expert for this—the fabric is simply lightly tacked to the underside of the felt pieces. (If you prefer, you can also attach it with fabric glue.) You can sew the bunny in place or place it loosely in the nest so it can be taken out for play. Either way, there’s still plenty of room in the nest for a few chocolate eggs.

Easter is also the time when many baby animals are born!
Why not put a cute, cuddly little calf in your Easter basket?

This adorable floppy toy is perfect for that and will delight young and old alike. I designed this little calf in acrylic yarn for a toddler, and it’s a huge hit!
Using the materials listed, it will measure about 39 cm and fit comfortably in a small child’s hands. Of course, it can also be crocheted with any other yarn!

Don’t have an idea for the Easter basket yet? How do you like this one?

The little basket for the nest consists of two layers made from photo cardstock and measures approx. 17.5 x 8 x 17.5 cm. The many holes are cut out with a craft knife, so you should know and enjoy this technique. Otherwise, the nest is very easy and quick to make.
