I transferred 5.00 euros on March 9, but the amount does not appear in my account.

there are several ways to add store credit and pay for patterns:

1. PayPal balance
2. PayPal direct debit
3. Bank transfer (including Sofortüberweisung)
4. (applies only to the purchase of patterns) Payment using your store credit account

When paying with your PayPal balance, the store credit / pattern is made available immediately. Likewise, the pattern is made available immediately if you make the purchase using your store credit account.

When paying by PayPal direct debit or bank transfer, the amount must first be debited from your current account. Therefore, it can take up to 5 banking business days for the amount to be credited to our account. As soon as we receive the payment, you will in any case receive a notification email informing you that you can use the store credit or the pattern.
