i made this martian with hook 1,25 but it is to big. It doesn't even fit with one leg in the flying saucer. My flying saucer fits exactly according to the measurements of the pattern. What am I doing wrong.

Good afternoon! Have you noticed the difference in the thickness of my yarn?

no i didn't, i use yarn 170m/50g. If that is the solution, then I will try it again. Three times is the charm ;-)

The yarn for the flying saucer needs to be thicker!

Hi there can you tell me where the marker should be when joining the legs. Back or front? I can’t get the bum in the right place

The marker runs along the right foot behind. The photo shows a white thread

I love this pattern he’s so cute, but am having problems joining the legs together as I get a hole in the middle after completing row 12. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again

Thanks for your reply. I understand it’s on the inside part of the chain but do you start your 3sc inc in the 2sc you chained? It’s not very clear in the photo.

No. 13 rnd starts on the right leg: 3 inc. Then along the other side of the chain: 2 sc. Then 3 increases on the left leg. Further in the description.
