Opening a ZIP File on the iPad

Hi there! I just downloaded another pattern—it’s in a ZIP archive. I recently got an iPad :-) *happy* I can open ZIP files on my computer without any problems, but I just can’t seem to figure out how to do it on the iPad. How do you guys do it?
