Prepaid account

In some patterns, I can't pay with my store credit. Why is that?
It really annoys me because I download a lot, and of course the discounts really add up.

Could you please send me an example link to a pattern that you can't pay for with your prepaid account? We have both free patterns and paid patterns here, but you should be able to pay for all of them with your prepaid account.

Since I currently don’t have anything in my store credit account, I can’t buy the frog.
But in principle, the frog should be purchasable with the store credit account.

When you click the green button with “buy from 3.33 euros,” what is shown to you then?

I have over €20.00 in my store credit account, so that can’t be the problem.

When I click the price button, both payment options appear, but when I tap “store credit account,” nothing happens—I can pay with PayPal, though.

This has happened with other patterns as well, which I then ended up buying at the regular price.

I’m sorry to hear that; of course, that’s not how it should be.
We’ll do this: I’ll pass it on to technical support, and hopefully a solution can be found.
Thank you for your patience so far, and thank you as well for staying loyal to crazypatterns even though the prepaid discount hasn’t always worked.
