I bought three crochet patterns today: a cat, a rabbit with a carrot, and a Labrador. I was only able to download the Labrador pattern; I couldn't download the other two. Help! Can anyone help me?

Hi Ursula,

please try the following:

Click on “Zip Download” and save the folder to your smartphone or your PC, depending on where you’re logged in.
Then open the folder using a suitable app available for free in the App Store (e.g., ALZip) or, if you’re logged in via your PC, using suitable software that’s also available for free (e.g., 7zip). After that, you should be able to open the PDF file without any problems using your PDF reader.
