Purchased pattern

Hello, I purchased a pattern, but now I can't open it.
Since I paid for it and would really like to have it, this is very frustrating. What should I do now?

what error message are you getting?
Please try saving the pattern directly to your device (PC, laptop, phone, tablet) first and then opening it. In most cases, that will resolve the issue.

By the way, you can also open ZIP files easily on your phone or tablet—you’ll just need an app from the App Store, which is usually free.
