Changes to My Account

I haven’t been able to access my account for some time, and now I’ve discovered that my wishlist—and, even worse, my store credit account—have been changed without me receiving any notification. My store credit balance has been set to “0,” even though there was still an amount of approximately €15 remaining. Unfortunately, I received no response to my two requests to look into this. I find this behavior unacceptable, especially the disregard for my messages. Has anyone here experienced something similar??
