Purchased pattern is missing

I bought a pattern and paid for it, but I can't see it in my purchases or download it. I don't see any purchased patterns. (There are only two so far, but that doesn't matter.) I can only see the ones I downloaded for free.

Good morning, how did you pay? If you paid by bank transfer, it takes a few days for the money to be credited to your account.

it’s also possible that you’ve enabled the “free patterns”
setting in your downloads.
You can select in the top right corner whether free or purchased patterns
should be displayed.
That could be another possibility :-)

I paid via PayPal. The amount was deducted. I was able to see it once and click “Download,” but then it disappeared and the download was canceled. And now I can’t find it anywhere. But I’ll try changing it now.

Okay, that’s not working. According to the display, I don’t have any purchased patterns.

... no patterns have been purchased through your account yet. Do you perhaps have a second account through which you bought the patterns? Or maybe they are still in the shopping cart?

but I think once purchased, it stays in the downloads forever, even if it is deactivated and therefore no longer available for purchase. Otherwise that wouldn’t be right.

Yes, if the pattern was already purchased, then yes.
But as I understand it, the purchase didn’t go through at all, and the pattern is now nowhere to be found—which is why I thought it might have been deactivated.

But the money was definitely deducted from my account. I’ve made purchases before, too. It’s been a year already, but even those don’t show up anymore. Hmm… A second account? Is that possible? But the free ones do show up, and that’s exactly what doesn’t quite add up, right?

A second account is possible if you use a different email address. I found your second account, and it includes your purchase from a year ago. Please contact me via email at mario@crazypatterns.net.

I have the same problem… I also paid via PayPal. The two patterns are still in my shopping cart, but I received a payment confirmation from PayPal.
With my last purchase, I immediately received an email about the order, but that’s missing now.

it seems the PayPal payment apparently hasn’t been completed yet (I don’t know why). Maybe there wasn’t enough PayPal balance, and the difference first needs to be paid by direct debit?
