Prepaid Account

On October 29, 2014, I wanted to top up my prepaid account.
However, I made a mistake—I didn’t enter my prepaid number in the “SUBJECT”
field.
I’ve already sent an email reporting
the error, but the money still hasn’t appeared in my account.
What else should I do? Can anyone help me???
