Messages sent from a cell phone aren’t being transmitted correctly

Hi everyone,

I have a problem, and unfortunately I only just noticed it—which is pretty annoying, since I’ve replied to customers several times but they didn’t receive my actual replies, something I only realized today. The thing is, I’m actually almost always online via my cell phone and check everything there. But when I reply to the forum or to customer questions from my cell phone, the text I type doesn’t go through—at most, just a “Hello” gets sent. The rest of my message just gets swallowed up. Does anyone know what’s causing this? I’m on my computer right now, and everything works fine here.

Best regards

Hey :-)

I’ve had that too — it happens when you use smileys!

Hello everyone,
this problem pops up every now and then.
The tech team has already looked into it several times.
I’ll pass this along again.
Please be patient for a little while longer and use your laptop or PC as a temporary workaround whenever the problem occurs.

Hello Heike, thank you very much for your reply. Ahh okay, that explains it. Thank you so much.
