Messages sent from a cell phone aren’t being transmitted correctly

Hi everyone,

I have a problem, and unfortunately I only just noticed it—which is pretty annoying, since I’ve replied to customers several times but they didn’t receive my actual replies, something I only realized today. The thing is, I’m actually almost always online via my cell phone and check everything there. But when I reply to the forum or to customer questions from my cell phone, the text I type doesn’t go through—at most, just a “Hello” gets sent. The rest of my message just gets swallowed up. Does anyone know what’s causing this? I’m on my computer right now, and everything works fine here.

Hallo allerseits,
das Problem tritt immer mal wieder auf.
Die Technik ist da schon mehrfach drüber gegangen.
Ich gebe das nochmal weiter.
Bitte noch etwas Geduld haben und übergangsweise den Laptop / PC nutzen, sobald das Problem auftritt.
