Store credit account still at zero

Good morning,

I'm new here, and last Thursday I topped up my store credit account via PayPal... well... or rather, I tried to top it up.
Then early Friday morning, I got a message from PayPal saying the amount had been transferred, but my store credit account is still at zero.....

How much longer can this take?

Hi Carola,

Sometimes it can take a bank a little longer to credit the money. After all, there was also a weekend in between. Wait one more day, and if nothing has happened by then, it's best to contact support via the contact form.

welcome to our forum and the portal.

It would be great if you could answer these questions here so we can help you out:

- Did you include your username on the transfer?
If not, the money can’t be assigned.
Solution: Tell support your real name + username so that support can sort it out.

- Did you perhaps transpose any digits on the transfer?
If so, please contact your bank or PayPal.

- Do you perhaps have an additional account here on the portal? Some users accidentally create multiple accounts.
Please make the transfer with the account you mainly use.
 Or contact support about it.

If none of that applies, then give it another day, as mentioned above in Michaela’s post. Sometimes it just takes a little longer with the banks.

Please reply again here in the thread so that we can resolve the problem.

I topped up my store credit via PayPal, but I couldn’t enter a username ... or did I miss something?
I just received an email from support, and I gave them my PayPal name and email address there.
PayPal also shows the transaction as “Completed.” I hope everything works out.
I only have one account :-)

Hmm, so far I still haven’t received any store credit, nor a response from support....

But you were in contact with support yesterday?

It will be credited to your account.
Please be patient—if Laura really has a lot on her plate, it might take 2–3 days to get a response.
