Need help

Hi.
I bought two patterns via PayPal. The money has been deducted from my account, but the patterns are still in my shopping cart?!
What can I do?
I’m totally at a loss, and I was really looking forward to the patterns. :(

welcome! Have you tried downloading the patterns directly from the product page using the blue button, or maybe clicking on “Browse online”?

I’m sorry you’re having trouble. But it’s nothing that can’t be fixed. :-)
Please contact support.
Alternatively, you could check the Downloads section in your dashboard—maybe the patterns are already there. Then you’ll be able to browse through them online and start crocheting or knitting. :-)

Are you sure the payment actually went through?
Did the amount show up as store credit in the top right corner?

The amount has been deducted from my PayPal account.
My store credit account here is 0.00, and the two patterns are still in my shopping cart. That’s what’s so strange...

Are you sure you bought the patterns?
If the money hasn’t been credited to your store credit account yet, you couldn’t have made the purchase.

PayPal charged me exactly the amount the patterns cost. What else could I possibly have bought?
I don’t know what went wrong. This isn’t my first purchase here, but it’s the first time I haven’t been able to download anything.

If the payment wasn’t processed—and apparently it wasn’t, because your account balance remained at 0—then you couldn’t have bought the pattern.
So it’s only logical that the patterns are still in your shopping cart.
The purchase process here works in two steps.
First, you top up your prepaid account or pay via PayPal, etc., and then you buy through the product page.
Of course, that doesn’t work if there’s a problem with the payment.
Then the patterns stay in your shopping cart.

I’ve contacted tech support and asked for help.
Please be a little patient, because tech support is unlikely to be working over Pentecost.
In the meantime, you can download all the free patterns. :-)
