Downloading Patterns

I’d like to make a complaint: I can’t use about half of the patterns I’ve bought because the files won’t open. All I see are some Chinese characters, and that’s it. This is very frustrating, and I haven’t bought anything in quite a while. Maybe someone can help me. Thanks!

this really shouldn’t happen.

Since you’re not having this problem with all the patterns, I’m assuming that
1. you’re using a computer and not a phone or tablet?!
2. you have a file extraction program on your device?!
3. you have a PDF reader on your device?!

If that’s the case, you should normally be able to open all the patterns offered here without any problems.
Da it still seems there are problems, I recommend contacting the authors of the relevant patterns via private message and/or contacting support at crazypatterns to describe the issue and ideally include direct links to the relevant patterns.

It’s a shame, of course, that you’re having these problems.
