I forgot my password. I received a new one by email and now wanted to change it, but I can't change it.

And it says there to try again?
Is there any way you could use a different browser?
Are you on your phone right now? Can you get to a PC or laptop?

OK, so the system says you entered the wrong password.
Did you happen to make a typo or press the Caps Lock key by mistake?

I also tried it on my phone, but it doesn't recognize the password I just received.

You are logged in, so you can use Crazypatterns while you wait for a reply from Support,
