Purchased a pattern

I bought a pattern from Äffle und Pferd and Schlabienschen, but I can't find it anywhere. I've already transferred the money. Best regards, Sabine Hillgärtner

There are several possible reasons for this.
1. Bank transfer not yet posted
When did you make the bank transfer? It always takes 2–3 days for it to be posted. Did you include your username with the transfer? If not, please contact support so the money can be credited to your account.

2. Purchased on the product page
After successfully making the bank transfer, did you go to the product page and buy the pattern there using the blue button? If not, please go to the product page and buy it. The bank transfer only adds credit to your account; the purchase itself is then made via the respective product page.
3. Downloading it again is possible
If you have already bought the pattern using the blue button, you can download it again here.

Hello Biene,

I don't know if you've already tried this, but at the very top right under Account > Downloads, you can view all your purchased patterns, download them, and also rate them after making them (if you'd like).


If the pattern you're looking for can't be found there, just get in touch again here in the forum or with Support.

I can’t find anything in the download section.

Dear Biene1,
as I already wrote above,
Step 1 is the bank transfer.
This loads your store credit account.
--> If you didn’t include your username with the bank transfer, then it won’t work. Then please let me know whether you didn’t include your username, okay? Then I can sort it out with Support.
Step 2 is the purchase with your store credit account.
As soon as you see 7 euros at the top right under "Your account balance," please go to the corresponding product page and buy the pattern there.
Please try that again, okay?

Again, I just entered the shopping cart; my account balance doesn’t show anything, but the money must have gone somewhere, Biene 1
