Download not working

Hello,

There are "issues" again when downloading a purchased pattern! This concerns the crochet pattern for the circus mouse "Tammy" ... 
Please look into this.

What kind of issues are you experiencing? Please provide more details; otherwise, we won’t be able to help.
What error message is displayed?
Does the customer have a PDF reader installed? A program for unzipping files?
Does the customer have access to a computer? A cell phone isn’t ideal for downloading.
Can a different browser be used as a temporary solution?

thank you very much for your quick reply.
I was simply told that the download option isn’t displayed after purchase. Since these are customers who have shopped on crazypatterns quite often, I’m just assuming that they haven’t changed anything about their technical setup.

Since I’m unfortunately a complete tech novice, I can’t provide any further details myself.

Do you have a new device? A new cell phone? A new computer?
Is it possible to try using a different computer?
Can you use a different browser?
Which browser and which device are you currently using?

As I said, I’m a total tech novice... but the customer said it wouldn’t work on any other device or with any other browser either.
I hope I’ve inserted the image correctly this time...

support told me that the problem is with your pattern. Please upload the pattern again, but this time make sure to follow all the requirements.
Please upload the pattern again so that it can then be approved. If you have any questions, please contact support about it. The problem cannot be resolved without a re-upload.
