Gallery Images

Dear Team,

Why aren’t photos that customers upload for patterns displayed directly next to the pattern under “Customer Photos”? I think that’s a real shame. I thought that used to be the case, because I once saw a photo from a customer next to one of my patterns.

Now another customer wanted to upload a photo directly to a pattern, but this photo (there are now three of them) is only visible in the gallery and not directly with the pattern.

Maybe something got mixed up during the big update. It would be really great if the photos were visible with the patterns again.

if you’re referring to the red scarf with sleeves, it is visible. You need to go to the pattern gallery and then click on “Customer Photos.”

The gallery is really annoying me right now—since I only go online via my smartphone and don’t have a computer, the images often look distorted on my screen.... I don’t know if that’s the case on a computer, too. Also, I used to really like the captions in the overview, but unfortunately, those are gone now, too....

since you seem to be able to see the pictures, I thought I’d check my pattern on my smartphone. I usually work on my PC because I can see everything better there.

And here’s the catch: I can see the pictures on my smartphone, but not on my PC.

Yeah, exactly—I’m not on my computer this early yet, so I checked from my smartphone.
That’s too bad. But I wouldn’t have thought of that either. You usually find everything much easier on a computer. I thought maybe it was the cache. That’s often the case.
Well, then it needs to be fixed. :-)

I feel the same way. I can’t see any customer photos on my computer either. It’s a shame, because it really did work without any problems some time ago.

It’s a shame that no one from the team has even responded, even though I addressed this question to support. It would be really nice if the gallery photos were also visible with the corresponding patterns—not just on a smartphone, but on a computer as well.

I use the Firefox browser to go online, and I’m very happy with it; I can access virtually all websites just fine with it.

I’ve noticed that too.

I wanted to upload my photos for the “Ella” stole to its pattern. I went to the “Customer Photos” section in the pattern’s gallery just for that, uploaded them, and then… you can’t see them there, but they’re in the “regular” gallery.

I was starting to think I’d done something wrong...

Today, a customer photo of my model finally made it into the gallery again. Hooray!
But unfortunately, you can only see it in the gallery, not on the product page itself. So, the same problem :-(.

The issue has been acknowledged by support, but please be patient a little longer. I’d also like to point out that there is only limited support over the weekend. Thank you for your understanding.
