Customer made a mistake with the numbers in the bank transfer

Hi... a customer messaged me yesterday... She mixed up the digits in her bank transfer... She wanted to know if I could match her payment to her order... I told her I couldn't do that, but I could check if she had received the patterns...She bought three items right away... This morning she also sent me a photo of the bank transfer... So my question is... what can I—or the customer—do about this?

Talking to her bank might also help; depending on the situation, they might be able to reverse the transfer or correct it right away.

Hello. I was the one who messed up. But everything went really quickly and smoothly through support. Now I’m looking forward to a few hours of crocheting with these absolutely fantastic patterns. Thanks also to the lovely seller

Oh, and if the transposed digits are in the customer number, then it’s easier, of course : )
