Oh, and Josefa, what a great topic!
The word “patchwork” used to put me off. For some reason, I associated it with something old-fashioned. But that’s changed now. I now know that patchwork is wonderful: you sew, crochet, or knit individual pieces and then put them together to create something new. Here’s a colorful mix of my own:
