I can't open a single file anymore! I'm so frustrated!

it would be helpful if you could describe the problem in a little more detail.

—Are these files you’ve just downloaded?
—Are they purchased files or free ones?
—Can you complete the download but then can’t open the files on your computer, or when exactly does the problem occur?

There are always several potential sources of error when downloading files—it could be an update, but it could also be a problem with your computer.

To rule out your computer as the cause, it would be helpful if you could try it on a different device (if you have the option).

These are purchased files. I've never had any trouble downloading PDFs before, but today it just isn't working. It can't be my computer. I'll just wait and see for now—maybe it'll work again in a few hours

Wait and see for now. As I said, there’s various work going on in the background at the moment. If it still doesn’t work tomorrow, it’s best to contact support.

Hmm, I just downloaded some free patterns from various designers—it works perfectly for me. So the system itself can’t be the problem.

Which pattern were you trying to download? Maybe only some of them are affected, and if so, it would be important for the developers to know which ones.

Please post the links or the names of the patterns.

I wanted to print out all my purchased downloads today, but nothing worked. But, as Wellness-Oase already said, I’ll just wait a little longer. Thanks anyway for the feedback

Okay—of course, no one can verify that. I’d probably just send Alexander a private message. It’s always very difficult to fix all the bugs after an update. It’s always helpful to tell the developers exactly where the problem is.
