1. Why do I keep getting logged out, and when I try to log in again, it supposedly says every time that the username or password is incorrect

2. Can I only pay if I have an account? Why can't I simply pay by credit card?

Regarding #1: You need to enable cookies if you want to log in here. Which browser are you using? Can you try a different browser?
