Store credit

Hi,
I have 18.20 EUR of store credit, but I can’t use it to buy or download anything.
As soon as I select an item and try to buy it, it just doesn’t work—even though I’m logged in properly.
As soon as I select an item, go to checkout, and click
the blue “Pay with store credit” button, it’s all over! The button doesn’t respond...
Otherwise, I’ve already described and reported this problem countless times this week and received various instructions just as many times. I just want to buy or download something using my store credit!
It has to be possible, right? Otherwise, please refund the amount to me as previously announced.
