Wrong PDF... how can I see who bought it?

I’m still fairly new here... I uploaded a pattern... and just got a reply from admin saying that my pattern didn’t have a PDF... I’ve changed it now and had it tested... everything opens fine for my friend... the ZIP with the PDF

To send this pattern to my buyers now, I need to know who bought it... but it doesn’t show me WHO bought it, only that it was sold... What can I do??

Hi Bettina,

if you go to Account ----> Account Statement ---------> Seller Statements, you can select the month and see who bought which pattern from you.
Then you can let your buyers know about the error and ask them to download the update (which you should do first, of course).

did you also select the date in the top right corner?
You can choose “today” / “yesterday” / or enter a date range there.
You know since when your pattern has been sold, right?
Why don’t you try that?

Ohh, thank youuu... I didn't see that... so what do I do now to make sure my buyers get their PDFs too... is it best to send them by email, or??
 

Oops, sorry—I forgot the date.

You can edit your patterns and upload the correct file. Then they’ll just need to download it again. That’s what I did when I had a mistake in mine.

Yeah, that’s exactly what I did. I re-uploaded the file and left a note visible to EVERYONE in the comments section under my product.
I think customers will probably try to message you there first, and then they’ll see your note right away.
 

I re-uploaded it... a friend bought it... nothing opened... only two images showed up... when I send her the ZIP file, everything is there... so the problem can't be on my end, can it?

But your friend did wait until it was approved, because only then is the new version available. Right?

Maybe you’ll have to contact support after all?
