Good day, I just bought three crochet patterns and downloaded them as a ZIP file, but unfortunately I can't open it. Could you please send me these patterns again by email?

Hello,

there are two ways to get the pattern. 1. Download the entire ZIP folder and unzip it. You may need an app to do this. 2. Log in to your account and click on “Downloads.” Select the pattern you want and click the blue “Download” button. Then click on the next blue button labeled “Show files.” Best regards, Michaela
