Hello,
I’d like to change my account and now sell my self-created patterns here.
I have a few questions about this and would appreciate prompt answers :)
1. Do I need my own terms and conditions, etc.?
2. We already have a shop, but only as a small business.
    It’s now asking for a VAT ID number.
    Since I don’t charge VAT, do I need to apply for a VAT ID number?

Hey there,

You don’t need your own terms and conditions, since you’re assigning the sales rights to Crazypatterns. You’re the author and CP is the seller. That means CP’s terms and conditions apply.

As for the VAT ID, I can’t say whether anything has changed in the meantime. Back then, I applied for one and provided it, even though I was a small-business owner.
