Hello, on July 13, 2020, I purchased a pattern that I was charged for twice—I don’t know why. I’ve already contacted support several times, but nothing has happened.

you shouldn't forget that the support team also has weekends off. ;-)
Usually, though, you get a reply pretty quickly. Have you checked whether the reply might have ended up in your spam folder?
Have you contacted support via the contact form?
I’ve read here on the forum that messages sometimes get lost in the system. It’s happened to me before, too.
You might want to wait until later today—they usually respond quickly to these kinds of inquiries. Otherwise, send an email to support@crazypatterns.net. You’ll then receive a confirmation that it was received.
No messages get lost, whether they’re sent via the contact form or directly to the email address support@crazypatterns.net.
All customers receive a response within 24 hours, whether it’s a direct answer to their question or a confirmation that the matter is being handled.
unfortunately, I haven’t received a confirmation of receipt yet either. I was also charged twice on Monday, and I haven’t heard anything back to my email either. It’s not that big of a deal, but if all customers hear back from CP within 24 hours, then I guess I was forgotten too ;-)
Acknowledgements of receipt are not sent out, as far as I know.
