The purchased pattern was not provided or is not accessible on my account.

Hello,

On May 24, 2020, I purchased the “Gila, the Giraffe” crochet pattern from Reni’s Hobbywerkstatt via PayPal. However, it has not appeared in my account since then—neither under “Downloads” nor under “Purchased Patterns.” The amount was, however, duly deducted from my PayPal account. What can I do now? I’ve already reported this issue to support, but haven’t received a response yet.

Did you contact support using the contact form?
All customers receive a reply from the support team no later than 24 hours after their inquiry.
Perhaps the reply was deleted by a spam filter. Unfortunately, that happens quite often.
Please contact support again via the email address support@crazypatterns.net.
If you paid for the order via PayPal, it’s best to attach a copy of the payment as a photo or screenshot right away, so that accounting can check immediately whether the payment could be assigned.
