Photo in the gallery

Hi, can anyone answer my question? I posted a photo in the gallery, including the pattern. It was also commented on. Now the photo has been deleted with the note “Photo was reported.”
Why??? Where was it reported?
Maybe someone has experience with this.

Angela, I’d suggest asking support what the reason is. I’d be interested to know too—I’m always happy to learn something new.

The only explanation I can think of is that it wasn’t your own photo. Of course, you’re not allowed to upload photos that aren’t your own there, because photos are always copyrighted by the creator. And authors aren’t allowed to upload images from their own patterns there either.

Thanks for the reply. I’ll try again via support. It was a photo I took myself. I’ll let you know once I’ve received an explanation.

Hello, unfortunately I can’t say anything about the reason for the report, since no reasons need to be specified. However, since photos can also be reported
for copyright violations, every reported photo—regardless of the reason—
is initially moved to a sort of “quarantine” until the review has been completed
.I’ll be happy to forward your inquiry for review. Could you please tell me which photo it was, or
send me the image as an attachment? That would make it much easier to review the
matter.
