Can't print the pattern

Hi—I bought a pattern and can download it too, but unfortunately I can't print it (everything is just black). What am I doing wrong?

I’d recommend contacting the author directly. Especially when it comes to printing issues, the authors are the best people to contact because they know their patterns best. 

You can message the author using the contact button on her profile or via the contact information provided in the pattern.
