I just paid for a download, but it doesn't appear anywhere as a purchase or anything else. So I can't download the pattern at all. What should I do?

Hi Gabriele,
if you paid with PayPal (and not by bank transfer), you should be able to find your download.
Click on “Account” in the top right corner and then on “Downloads”. It should show up there.
If it’s not there, you can contact support here. They’ll definitely be able to help you.
It’s best to send an email to support@crazypatterns.net.
