What is the minimum amount you have to transfer or deposit?

I transferred 5 EUR on Friday, December 18, 2015, and 10 EUR yesterday, December 21, 2015, but I still
can't download the crochet pattern I ordered, which costs 2.75 EUR. Why not—what am I doing wrong?

It just takes a few days for the transfer to reach the recipient. That’s how it works with any bank transfer. But don’t worry—it will definitely be posted soon. I’ll also check with support again. Did you include your username in the subject line so they can match it correctly? PayPal is faster than a traditional bank transfer—that might be an option for you next time. Until the transfer is posted, you can of course download any of the free patterns you like at any time:

the 5-euro payment has already been received and credited to your account. The 10 euros are probably still on their way. I expect the amount will be credited today. If not, please get in touch again.
