Calculating size or stitches

Hi everyone, I’m new here and managed to crochet a sock for the first time by following a video. 😂😂 
It’s size 38/39. 
How can I convert that to other sizes? 
I need size 35. 
 

That was the video for it. I’d be grateful for any answer.
