Hi everyone,

I wanted to add funds to my account with my credit card, as I usually do. Unfortunately, it's not working. Is it no longer possible to pay with a credit card?

What payment methods are available? We offer three different payment options. You can either pay via PayPal or Sofortüberweisung, or you can opt for a traditional bank transfer.

Thank you for the quick reply.

When I open the page with the payment options, there are four to choose from, with credit card listed as the second option. It worked just fine when I last topped up my account.

Hi, if anyone else is having trouble paying with a credit card, I just received an email from Crazypattern saying to delete your credit card information and re-enter it. That should fix the issue.
